Job Description:
- Support sales with customer inquiry for servers and infrastructure.
- Perform the installation, configuration, and maintenance of customer servers, operational software, and system management tools.
- Provide technical guidance and perform troubleshooting of systems upon need
- Collaborate with customer and supplier developer team to ensure that customer’s systems are functioning at an efficient capacity
- Perform deployment and setup of software updates to in-house laptops.
- Perform server setup, including installation and configuration of software products to clients upon need
- Provide technical support related to system server issues, connections, performance, and configurations (onsite/remote)
- Perform deployment of product updates to all on-premise clients when available
- Perform CRM monitoring for tickets assigned to Systems Admin
- Provide assistance for maintaining/ monitoring of cloud infrastructure (for applicants with Azure or other cloud-related knowledge or experience)
Qualifications:
- Graduate of B.S. Computer Engineering or Information Technology
- With at least 6 months – 1 year experience in IT administration
- Experience in maintaining Windows and Windows Server software (Windows server 2012 -2019) and hardware systems required
- Experience with SQL Server and Azure administration, Firewall Security will be an advantage
- Cloud experience is a plus
- Can work under pressure in a fast-paced working environment
- Adept at problem solving
